How to redeem the points?

You can redeem your reward points online by clicking on “ Checkout using Rewards” in the add to carts section on mbasics.pk. You can also visit M.Basics retail network to redeem your rewards. Please note that you need to verify OTP on your mobile number to be able to redeem your rewards.

Is there any way to transfer the points from one user to another or encash the points?

No, reward points are not transferable and not encashable.

Rewards Expiry duration?

Rewards points would be expired after 3 months.

How to view reward points?

You can view your earned points by clicking on the URL click here.
